PROCEDURES:

Ø Buyer issues ICPO with SOFT PROBE AUTHORIZATION in favor of the Seller+ NCNDAsigned by all involved (Photo ID for buyer’s representative)

Ø Within 48 hours of compliance SOFT PROBE. Seller issues draft contract to buyer, buyer makes changes if needed in red or accepts, signs and seals and return back to seller

Ø Seller issues and sends a "proforma invoice" +Final Contract to buyer

Ø Buyer lodges final contract & PI into buyer’s bank and establishes payment instruments MT103/23 favor of the Seller against presentation of POP.
