2. Seller sends FCO to the buyer and Buyer signs FCO to seller .
3. Seller issue draft contract open for amendments .
4. Buyer return signed contract to seller to seal and return the copy to buyer.
5. Buyer Swift Fresh BCL or RWA ( funds proof) to Seller Refinery.
6.Seller sends NON OPERATIVE 2% PB OR Part POP( 2 choose 1 )to buyer.
7. Buyer Bank Swift transferable RDLC to Seller Bank.
8. seller issues full POP OR 2% to buyer.
2% performance Bond to Buyer/Assignee names by means of prime 15 firsts world ranking Banks Guarantee Model ICC 458 acceptable in written by buyer and if the Seller fail to supply the cargo of the product this 2% will be paid to the buyer.
